Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division seeks a Supply Chain Engineering Change Analyst in El Paso, TX. You will coordinate engineering change management across procurement, planning, inventory, and manufacturing, ensuring data integrity and production continuity.

Requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in supply chain or engineering change management; proficient with ERP and Excel; eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of engineering changes across supply chain functions.
• Review engineering change requests and document impacts on materials and production orders.
• Coordinate engineering change activities with cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain master data in ERP and related systems.
• Monitor change status and follow up on open actions.
• Generate reports and provide data analysis for decisions.
