Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Supply Chain Business Process Analyst for an on-site role in El Paso, TX. You will drive digital processes, standardize workflows, and enhance data governance across supply chain operations.

Responsibilities include building Power BI dashboards, automating reports, and supporting ERP upgrades. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a related field and hands-on procurement experience; APICS CPIM is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business required.
• 1 year of procurement experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting preferred.
• APICS CPIM certification or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital processes initiatives within the supply chain.
• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI scorecards.
• Automate recurring reports and data collection with Power BI, Power Automate, Excel and SQL.
• Support ERP upgrades, testing and deployment of new functionalities.
• Analyze processes to identify bottlenecks and drive sustainable improvements.
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to implement digital solutions.
