Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division in El Paso, TX is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to lead the Inventory Control Department and drive accuracy and process compliance. The role requires strong leadership and supply chain experience to coordinate counts, audits, and cycle counts within a busy warehouse.

You will maintain an accuracy rate of 98% across physical and ERP records, work with warehouse staff, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring safety and security policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work within the United States without company sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit is being offered; only candidates within a 50-mile radius of El Paso, TX will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Inventory Control Department; establish goals, objectives and deadlines.

• Classify materials (Obsolete, Excess, POU).
• Support the continuous improvement strategy of the organization.
• Maintain an inventory accuracy rate of at least 98% both physically and with the ERP systems.
• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of store physical inventories.
• Oversee and coordinate inventory counts and yearly inventory audits.
• Own cycle count process and comply with daily cycle count schedule.
• Manage and develop cycle count staff.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security policies within the warehouse.
• Create and maintain standard work for material flow.
• MRP Site Leader.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

What You’ll Do

Qualifications

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain

• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of El Paso, TX will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or supply chain related field
• Experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Experience with high volume databases and Spreadsheets
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• AS400 knowledge a plus
