Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Supply Chain Material Analyst, Programmatic in El Paso, TX. The role focuses on developing and executing supply chain strategies to enable successful delivery, industrialization, and scaling of the Programmatic ARS portfolio.

The analyst will oversee material readiness, demand forecasting, make-versus-buy analysis, supplier readiness, and capacity planning, with travel up to 25%. Hybrid work setup is available with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, materials management, manufacturing operations, sourcing, industrialization, or program management.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Power BI; APICS/ASCM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand forecasting and capacity planning activities.
• Manage material readiness and supplier commitments for program launches.
• Analyze cost, lead-time, and capacity factors for make-versus-buy decisions.
• Develop and monitor inventory strategies to support ramp-ups and ramps-downs.
• Support program launches, hubs, and fabrication COE planning with supply chain inputs.
