Job summary

ERock seeks an Inventory/ Warehouse Supervisor for our new El Paso, Texas field warehouse. You will lead a small team, design the initial layout, and coordinate with Site Operations to ensure timely parts delivery and accurate ERP transactions.

The role requires 5+ years of warehousing leadership, strong ERP/WMS knowledge, and a focus on safety, Lean improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to support maintenance readiness and inventory optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience managing a team, hiring and training staff.
• Deep understanding of warehousing processes and ERP/WMS transactions.
• Knowledge of security and safety operations and emergency response.
• Ability to develop SOPs and optimize inventory.
• Strong communication and self-management with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of Inventory Specialists and coordinate daily tasks and training.
• Oversee receiving, picking, kit assembly, staging, and delivery of parts; ensure ERP accuracy.
• Design initial warehouse layout, define material flow, and hire site staff.
• Collaborate with Site Operations Manager, Production, Planning and Procurement.
• Build and manage cycle counting; support audits and compliance.
• Drive Lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen) to improve safety and space utilization.
• Create, process and close work orders; ensure accurate inventory transactions.
• Ensure forklift safety and tool maintenance; report broken tools.
• Identify slow-moving inventory and coordinate with stakeholders to free space.
