Job summary

ERock is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse coordinator to support shipping, receiving and inventory across our O&M and Procurement teams. The role travels ~85% to remote warehouses and includes counting, data entry, and enforcing inventory policies to maintain accuracy and safety.

You will operate forklifts and cranes, label items, prepare shipping documents, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely replenishment while maintaining strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in Warehouse Coordination / Inventory control.
• Able to lift objects up to 50 pounds.
• Crane Operator / Rigging experience a plus
• Forklift operator experience.
• Knowledge of Security / Safety operations and procedures.
• Effective written and oral communications.

Responsibilities

• Help shipping/receiving operations and maintain inventory integrity.
• Mark stock items with labeling tools and ensure accurate counts.
• Receive and count stock, record data, and maintain minimum quantities.
• Run inventory reports and investigate discrepancies.
• Store items in orderly, accessible locations in warehouses and storage areas.
• Prepare documents such as work orders and shipping orders for domestic routing.
