Job summary

ERock is seeking a detail-oriented professional to lead shipping, receiving, and inventory operations supporting O&M, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Construction teams. You will coordinate inventory, manage shipments, and maintain safe, efficient warehouse operations in a dynamic environment.

The role requires 3+ years leading a team, strong supply chain knowledge, and experience with inventory controls, SOPs, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in leading a team.
• Understanding of the supply chain, including obstacles and solutions.
• Experience leading inventory staff, ensuring procedures and reporting stock levels.
• Experience overseeing receiving and shipping, developing SOPs and ensuring safety compliance.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and operate safety equipment.
• Valid state driver's license and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all shipping/receiving operations and maintain inventory integrity via policies.
• Label stock items using identification tags or labeling tools.
• Oversee received stock and arrange dispatching of parts; separate by item number.
• Store items in orderly, accessible locations in warehouses or storage areas.
• Record shipment data (weight, charges, space, damages) for reports.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in storage areas and cooperate with safety.
• Operate forklift and crane as needed to move parts.
• Communicate effectively with team and other departments.
