Job summary

ERock is opening a new field warehouse in El Paso, TX and seeks an organized Inventory/Warehouse Supervisor to lead a small team and manage receiving, kit assembly, and parts delivery for maintenance needs. You will design the facility layout, define material flow, and hire roles as the site grows, reporting to the Inventory Manager.

The role requires experience in ERP/WMS, cycle counting, and safety leadership, with collaboration across Site Operations, Production, Planning, and Procurement

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing a team of Inventory Specialists.
• Deep understanding of warehousing processes and ERP/WMS transactions.
• Strong safety awareness and compliance with safety regulations.
• Ability to develop SOPs and drive operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small team of Inventory Specialists.
• Oversee receiving, picking, kit assembly, and delivery for maintenance needs.
• Design initial warehouse layout and material flow for the new site.
• Coordinate daily with Site Operations Manager and other teams.
• Maintain 99%+ inventory accuracy through cycle counting and audits.
