Job summary
ERock is seeking an Inventory Manager to lead the inventory team and warehouse operations for our manufacturing ramp-up. You will own the full material lifecycle from receiving toput away, production order picking, and logistics, ensuring transactional integrity and ERP data accuracy to meet financial and service targets.
You will drive SOP development, monitor daily warehouse activities, and act as the primary owner of item data in the ERP, coordinating with Planning and Procurement to align
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in SCM, Industrial Engineering/Distribution or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as Inventory/Warehouse manager in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and warehousing processes and related ERP transactions.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret large datasets and optimize safety stock & reorder points.
Responsibilities
- Lead inventory team and warehouse operations for manufacturing ramp-up.
- Develop and refine SOPs to scale with volume and ensure accuracy.
- Monitor daily warehouse functions: Receiving, Shipping, Picking; identify bottlenecks.
- Own item Master Data integrity within the ERP; ensure lead times, safety stocks, reorder points are correct.
- Coordinate 3PL and inter-modal logistics; maintain transactional discipline and SOX compliance.
- Direct cycle counts and audits; ensure real-time reflection of movements in the ERP.
