ERock in Houston is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Manager to lead the inventory team at our manufacturing ramp-up. You will own the full material lifecycle, including receiving, putaway, production order picking, and logistics, while maintaining transactional integrity in the ERP system.

You will establish SOPs, drive 5S improvements, and partner with planning and procurement to sync supply with the master schedule. Strong leadership and data-driven problem solving are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Industrial Engineering/Distribution or related field.
• 5+ years leading inventory/warehouse teams in manufacturing.
• Proficient in ERP systems and warehousing processes.
• Strong analytical skills for safety stock and reorder points.
• Experience with 3PL, inter-modal logistics, and ramp-up.

Mansioni

• Lead inventory team and oversee receiving, putaway, picking, and shipping.
• Develop and enforce SOPs to scale as production grows.
• Monitor and resolve inventory discrepancies, delays, or ERP issues.
• Own item master data in ERP; align parameters with operations.
• Ensure cycle counts and audits maintain financial data integrity.
