Summit Line Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its Mission Critical team in El Paso, TX. In this role, you will lead complex electrical construction projects in data centers, overseeing the project lifecycle and ensuring client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in electrical construction, including 5 years in leadership. You will manage project planning, finance, and stakeholder communication, contributing to the organization’s growth in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in electrical construction or related activities, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong project experience in data centers or mission critical projects preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from pre-construction to closeout.
• Lead project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Develop and manage budgets and schedules.
