Summit Line Construction seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex electrical construction projects in data center environments across the western United States. You will manage the full project lifecycle from pre-construction to closeout, guiding a high-performance team to deliver results that meet or exceed client expectations, with emphasis on communication and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in electrical construction with 5+ years in leadership.
• Data center or mission critical project experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; PMP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction activities, bid preparation, and execution planning.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Oversee project teams and mentor staff.
• Maintain client relationships and report to executive leadership.
• Ensure safety and adherence to company policies.
