Job summary

CFM Insurance, based in Palatine, IL, is seeking an Account Executive who is a licensed insurance agent to sell policies across Personal Lines, Commercial Lines and Employee Benefits. The role focuses on maintaining and maximizing profitable client relationships and growing the book of business through new client sales.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance policies to meet client needs across Personal Lines, Commercial Lines and Employee Benefits.
• Maintain and maximize profitable relationships with clients and grow the book of business through new client sales.
• Develop relationships and market to prospective clients; manage client relationships and evaluate insurance needs.
• Work with various insurance carriers to assess risk and provide suitable products; liaise between carrier and client; complete applications and paperwork.
• Explain policy terms clearly to clients; differentiate and negotiate plans that match client needs; pursue growth to enhance agency reputation and profitability.

The Account Executive is a licensed insurance agent responsible to sell insurance policies to meet the needs of clients in Personal Lines, Commercial Lines and Employee Benefits.

The Account Executive is responsible for maintaining and maximizing profitable relationships with clients and growing the book of business through new client sales.

| The Account Executive focuses on developing relationships and marketing to prospective clients. They manage client relationships, evaluate client insurance needs in personal lines, commercial lines, and employee benefits. The Account Executive works with various insurance carriers to assess risk and provide insurance products to protect these risks. They will work with Account Managers to fully explain each point of the insurance policy to the client, work as a liaison between the carrier and client and complete necessary paperwork for applications. The Account Executive will sell, solicit, differentiate, and negotiate insurance plans that match the needs of the client. The goal of this position is to build up strong positive relationships, to ensure growth attainment and increase the agency’s reputation and profitability.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must have high integrity, be a self- motivated, adaptable, and energetic person who is able to develop relationships. Prior sales and insurance industry experience is necessary. An in depth knowledge of A Valid insurance license in Personal and Commercial Lines Property and Casualty Insurance, and Life and Health Insurance license is required. Prefer candidates to have a college degree in business or finance.
