Responsibilities

• Balance exception items (unposted, return items, chargebacks, positive pay return items, stop payment suspects).
• Regulation E disputes for ACHs.
• Monitor online reports to ensure proper bank policies and procedures are followed.
• Provide customer service and support in a fast-paced environment.
