Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced data integration engineer to drive TBIRDS eICR integration in the Texas birth defects registry. You will design automated ingestion pipelines, validate data quality, and develop SAS/Python/R scripts to process and standardize health data.

You will also build dashboards and reporting to support clinical review and data analysis. The role emphasizes collaboration with technical partners and stakeholders to advance interoperability and registry

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments to identify TBIRDS data integration requirements.
• Design and develop automated data ingestion and integration workflows.
• Develop scripts in SAS, Python, and R for data processing.
• Build interactive dashboards and reporting to support analysis.
• Automate data extraction, transformation, and standardization.
• Validate data quality and perform record linkage.
• Test and optimize SAS, Python, and R programs for performance.
• Prepare technical documentation and system specifications.
• Collaborate with BDESB teams and stakeholders on interoperability.
• Evaluate and suggest improvements for healthcare data workflows.
• Support registry modernization by incorporating electronic health data.
