Job summary

MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC in Austin, TX seeks a Programmer Analyst to design and implement data integration for electronic case reports within the Texas Birth Defects Registry (TBIRDS). The role requires experience with SAS, Python, and R, plus developing automation and dashboards to support data analysis and clinical review.

You will automate data extraction and transformation, validate data quality, and collaborate with BDESB teams and business stakeholders to improve interoperability

Responsibilities

• Conduct business and technical needs assessments to identify requirements for integrating Electronic Case Reports (eICRs) into the Texas Birth Defects Registry (TBIRDS).
• Design and develop automated solutions to ingest, process, validate, and integrate eICR data into existing registry systems.
• Develop and maintain programming scripts, workflows, and applications using SAS, Python, R, and other statistical programming tools.
• Build interactive dashboards and reporting solutions to support data analysis, case management, and clinical review processes.
• Automate data extraction, transformation, standardization, and ingestion workflows to improve registry operations.
