Qualifikationen

Position Summary

The Director of Early Intervention (EI) is responsible for providing comprehensive clinical, operational, and regulatory leadership for EI services across New York State. This role ensures full compliance with New York State Department of Health requirements, leads interdisciplinary clinical teams, oversees service delivery operations, supports municipal contracting and program growth, and upholds the highest standards of ethics, quality, and family-centered care. This is a remote position with occasional in-person meetings as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and clinical leadership for all Early Intervention services
• Ensure compliance with NYSDOH regulations, audits, and data reporting requirements
• Supervise and support clinical and administrative staff, including service coordinators and therapists
