Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety/environmental management or related field
• 12+ years of progressive EHS/safety leadership in a multi-site organization
• Proven success leading safety transformation, regulatory compliance, incident reduction, and culture change
• Strong working knowledge of transportation safety, environmental compliance, fleet risk, and crisis management
• Executive communication skills with the ability to influence operators, functional leaders, senior executives, regulators, and external partners

Responsibilities

• Execute and improve an enterprise EHS strategy aligned with business priorities, growth, and operational goals
• Lead directors to drive clarity and alignment on safety expectations, scalable processes, and continual improvement conversations
• Serve as a trusted advisor to operations leadership and the executive team on safety, health, and risk
• Partner with safety, operations and people team leaders to achieve measurable injury improvements
• Drive measurable reductions in vehicle incidents and workers' compensation claims
