McCarl's LLC seeks a Vice President, EH&S to lead the safety function across the enterprise, partnering with the Chief Performance Officer to shape strategy, capability, and operating discipline. The role drives risk reduction, major project safety, and executive oversight for incidents and growth initiatives.

Lead Regional Safety Managers, develop a scalable organization, and ensure safety programs are practical, data-driven, and consistently applied in diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Executive-level safety leadership across complex industrial environments.
• Proven ability to set strategy, deploy systems, and measure risk.
• Strong collaboration with Operations, HR, and regulatory bodies.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise safety strategy and implement standardized safety programs.
• Partner with Operations to improve pre-task planning and risk controls.
• Oversee incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are verified.
• Develop safety leaders and build a scalable EH&S organization.
• Provide executive reporting on risk, performance, and resource needs.
