Qualifications

• 5-7 years in a full-time safety leadership role administering health, safety, and training programs.
• 3-5 years MSHA underground or surface mining experience would be an asset.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Louisiana State Explosives license and ATF clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop training materials and implement EHS&S policies.
• Lead training sessions on company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Participate in accident investigations and root cause analysis.
