Ellingson Companies seeks a National Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist I to strengthen safety programs for its nationwide operations. The role emphasizes developing safety policies, identifying hazards, and driving investigations to prevent injuries.

Qualifications

• Must hold CHST certification through BCSP.
• OSHA 500/510 certifications preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years in training, construction safety, gas distribution, or pipeline experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA/DOT regulations and industry standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, implementing, and communicating safety policies and standards to support injury-free goals.
• Identify and correct potential hazards and unsafe work conditions.
• Lead or assist with incident investigations and implement effective solutions.
• Assist in completing Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and facilitate EH&S toolbox talks.
• Support Operational Excellence initiatives.
