Job summary

Saronic Technologies Inc. is looking for an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist to support our Louisiana operations. You will develop, implement, and manage EHS programs and training to ensure regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven safety initiatives, and effective communication with stakeholders across production and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering, or related field; professional certification preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in EHS or technical training in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage EHS programs and training to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee and coordinate EHS training programs, including delivery and evaluation.
• Collaborate with management and departments to align training with company goals.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for training programs.
• Monitor and report on EHS metrics, OKRs, and KPIs.
• Stay current on EHS regulations and communicate updates.
