Warren CAT is seeking a Training Coordinator to serve as the central hub for regulatory compliance, training calendar accuracy, and LMS coordination across EHS programs. You will steward certification records, onboard technicians, and synchronize schedules for multiple trainers and courses.

The role emphasizes data integrity in databases and external portals, with collaboration across field teams and vendors to ensure timely training delivery and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years in a training coordinator or administrative compliance role.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with databases.
• Strong attention to detail to avoid certification lapses.
• Effective communication between field technicians, managers, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the UKG database to reflect technician certification status.
• Manage and synchronize records across portals such as ISNetworld, Veriforce, and Avetta.
• Ensure audit readiness with organized Safeland and Rigpass documentation.
• Monitor expiration dates for MSHA (48B), Smith System, and CPR certifications.
• Coordinate onboarding and EHS package completion for new technicians.
• Organize calendars for EHS Trainers and optimize classroom time for key courses.
• Facilitate OSHA 10/30 certification tracking via the LMS for project staff.
• Collaborate with Warren Technical Institute to align enterprise training schedules.
