Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is seeking an EHS Training Coordinator at the Jonesville, SC facility. The role focuses on developing, delivering, and continuously improving environmental, health, safety, and compliance training programs to meet regulatory requirements and workforce competency.

You will lead needs assessments, curriculum development, instructor‑led sessions, and compliance tracking while coordinating with HR and site leaders.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience developing, coordinating, or delivering training programs for adult learners in a manufacturing, industrial, EHS, or technical environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Education, Adult Learning, Training & Development, Safety, Business, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, deliver, and continually improve EHS training programs.
• Lead site‑wide EHS training coordination for a workforce expanding to 700 by 2031.
• Conduct training needs assessments and identify competency gaps.
• Facilitate instructor‑led training for large audiences and small groups.
• Develop content using PowerPoint, video, and other media.
• Collaborate with HR and leaders to update content and maintain records.
• Manage training updates via reports, newsletters, and meetings.
• Support audits and 5S+ initiatives for continuous improvement.
