Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an EHS Training Administrator to manage the company’s training program, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate documentation across locations. You will partner with EHS experts and L&D to keep training current and well-governed.

The role focuses on administration, content coordination, and data-driven improvements rather than delivering training sessions. A strong LMS background and exposure to audits are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience administering compliance or EHS training programs.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other regulatory training requirements.
• Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Experience managing training records in a regulated environment.
• Experience developing interactive training content for in-person and digital learning.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across a large organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the enterprise administrator for the company’s EHS training program.
• Develop and maintain the corporate EHS training matrix for all job roles and locations.
• Coordinate the development and revision of EHS training content with subject matter experts and instructional designers.
• Ensure all required training aligns with federal, state, local, and company requirements.
• Assign required training to employees through the LMS.
• Monitor training completion rates and follow up with managers and employees to ensure compliance.
• Maintain training records for regulatory inspections and audits.
• Track training requirements (initial, recurring, annual, refresher).
• Support dashboards, reports, and metrics for EHS leadership.
• Conduct audits of training records for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate training for new equipment/process changes and regulatory updates.
• Continuously improve training processes and system utilization.
• Serve as the primary administrator for EHS training systems.
• Support audits by providing trainee qualifications and materials.
