Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division in Jonesville, SC is seeking an EHS Training Coordinator to develop, deliver, and continuously improve training programs focused on regulatory compliance, workforce competency, and safe work practices.

You will lead site-wide training for about 300 workers (rising to 700 by 2031), create content with PowerPoint and video, coordinate with HR and leaders, maintain training records, and support internal audits to sustain a Zero Incident Culture.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience developing, coordinating, or delivering training programs for adult learners in a manufacturing, industrial, EHS, or technical environment.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Education, Adult Learning, Training & Development, Safety, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills; ability to facilitate training for large audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and maintenance of site-wide EHS training programs for a workforce of 300 fulltime and contingent workers, growing to 700 by 2031.
• Conduct training needs assessments and identify competency gaps.
• Facilitate engaging instructor-led training for large audiences and small groups, including New Employee Orientation and technical training.
• Develop content using PowerPoint, video, and photography; maintain training records and support internal audits.
