Job summary

CAT is expanding its EHS Training Group and seeks a Training Coordinator to serve as the central hub for safety compliance, scheduling, and LMS coordination in Texas. You will manage the UKG database, align records with ISNetworld, Veriforce, and Avetta, and ensure audit readiness for Safeland and Rigpass.

The role involves onboarding technicians, coordinating two EHS trainers, and facilitating OSHA 10/30 certifications via the LMS. A detail-oriented communicator will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years in a training coordinator or administrative compliance role.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Construction, or Heavy Equipment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail to manage expiration calendars and avoid downtime.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the UKG database to reflect technician certification status.
• Sync records across ISNetworld, Veriforce, and Avetta for client requirements.
• Prepare records for Safeland and Rigpass audits and ensure audit readiness.
• Coordinate onboarding, trainer calendars, and OSHA 10/30 certifications via LMS.
