Job summary

Warren CAT is expanding its EHS Training Group, seeking a Training Coordinator who will serve as the central hub to keep safety, compliance, and training calendars flawless. You will manage the UKG database, coordinate external portals, monitor expiration dates for MSHA, OSHA 10/30, and CPR, and support two EHS trainers with scheduling and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years in a training coordinator or administrative compliance role.
• Experience managing expiration calendars where a missed date impacts operations (MSHA/OSHA 10/30).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Industry experience in Oil & Gas, Construction, or Heavy Equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the UKG database and training indicators.
• Manage external portals across ISNetworld, Veriforce, and Avetta.
• Maintain records for Safeland and Rigpass audits.
• Track expirations for MSHA (48B), Smith System, and CPR.
• Coordinate onboarding for EHS packages.
• Schedule two EHS Trainers and optimize classroom time.
• Facilitate OSHA 10/30 certifications via the LMS for AI Data Center projects.
• Coordinate with Warren Technical Institute for enterprise-wide training schedules.
• Prepare materials for MSHA 48B and Forklift/MEWP evaluations.
• Distribute Monthly Safety Topics to the workforce.
