Job summary

Select Water Solutions is seeking an EHS Coordinator in the United States, Texas, Midland. The role focuses on safety training for new hires, promoting occupational health, and monitoring operations for hazards in alignment with OSHA regulations.

Essential duties include delivering training, maintaining safety records, managing PPE supplies, monitoring environmental hazards, inspecting facilities, and helping develop emergency plans.

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to obtain Safeland instructor status.
• Bilingual strongly preferred.
• 0 to 2 years related working experience is required.
• Ability to work independently establish priorities and complete competing assignments within required timeframes.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible to drive a company vehicle in accordance to Select’s insurance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers training programs educating staff on environmental concerns or health and safety risks found in the organization.
• Ensures that training records, health/safety manuals or handbooks, incident/accident reports, or other documentation are appropriately maintained.
• Purchases and distributes personal protection equipment or other related supplies.
• Monitors known health, safety, or environmental hazards, such as noise, air, or wastewater pollution levels.
• Coordinates inspection of facilities, vehicles, or equipment.
• Assists in developing and communicating facility-specific emergency response or evacuation plans.
