Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking an EHS professional to drive a safe workplace and environmental responsibility across sites. You will collaborate with leaders to provide hazard-free operations, educate staff on EHS risks, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

The role emphasizes reducing environmental impact, managing safety disciplines including laser and radiation safety, and performing audits and emergency response planning. Certifications and multi-site leadership are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in EHS; 5+ years preferred.
• CHST required; ASP/CSP or CSP preferred; OSHA 500 bonus.
• Ability to lead audits, incident investigations and safety reviews.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe working environment and promote environmental responsibility.
• Partner with leaders, contributors, and sites to provide a hazards-free workplace.
• Educate employees on EHS hazards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and country-specific EHS regulations.
• Reduce environmental impact through sustainable waste and best practices.
• Manage employee safety, functional safety, operational safety, laser and radiation safety, and safety in design and integration; conduct site audits and emergency response.
