Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Communications, EHS, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, systems support, or project support role.
• Experience with document management systems, SharePoint administration, or learning management systems is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain EHS documents within PolicyTech and other document management systems.
• Coordinate document review, approval, publication, and archiving processes.
• Manage translation requests for EHS procedures, standards, and related documentation.
• Serve as technical support for the EHS Home SharePoint site and maintain content across SharePoint pages.
• Create and update site content, document libraries, communications, lists, and navigation structures.
• Implement enhancements to improve user experience and accessibility.
• Manage user access requests for EHS systems and applications and provide first-level helpdesk support.
• Track project actions, milestones, and communications for key EHS initiatives.
• Coordinate publication and distribution of EHS alerts and safety communications.
