Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking an EHS Data Manager to administer and improve the company’s EHS technology platforms, including Gensuite, Absorb LMS, Teams, and SharePoint. You will support compliance, data management, reporting, training administration, and document control across the organization.

The role focuses on dashboards, KPIs, incident tracking, and continuous improvement, with collaboration across EHS, Operations, HR, IT, and leadership teams to drive efficiency and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field, or equivalent.
• Experience administering EHS systems, LMS, SharePoint, or other enterprise systems.
• Strong data management, reporting, and analytics skills (Excel, Power BI).
• Knowledge of incident management, audits, document control, and regulatory compliance processes.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer EHS systems including user access and enhancements.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of EHS data and records.
• Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and compliance metrics.
• Manage EHS documents, workflows, forms, and approvals.
• Support incident reporting, audits, and corrective actions.
• Administer Absorb LMS training records and compliance reporting.
• Provide user training and documentation for EHS systems.
• Collaborate with EHS, Operations, HR, IT, and leadership to improve systems.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process efficiency.
