Job summary

HellermannTyton in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to develop and manage environmental, health, and safety programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and ISO 45001/14001/50001.

You will lead risk assessments, incident investigations, audits, and training while advancing safety culture and sustainability across operations. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and regional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in an EHS management role.
• 5+ years in EHS, preferably in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Experience with ISO 45001 & 14001.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel regionally (~10%).

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of EHS into daily operations and planning.
• Develop site-specific annual EHS goals and KPIs.
• Conduct risk assessments, HAZOPs, JSAs, and control of work.
• Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions.
• Oversee incident reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver training and promote a culture of accountability.
• Perform audits, inspections, and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Prepare EHS performance reports for leadership.
