Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in EHS management or a similar role.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal EHS regulations and standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Design and deliver EHS training programs for employees at all levels, ensuring understanding and compliance with safety protocols.
• Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Analyze safety data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
