Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in environmental, health, and safety roles in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, hazard communication, lockout/tagout, machine guarding, and industrial hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs compliant with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments; identify hazards and corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses with corrective/preventive actions.
• Support environmental compliance programs including waste management, air emissions, wastewater, and hazardous materials handling.
• Coordinate EHS training programs for employees, contractors, and management.
• Oversee safety in equipment installations, process changes, and capital projects.
• Manage contractor safety programs and on-site safe work practices.
