The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 10+ years in EHS with at least 5 years in management, and strong knowledge of regulations, risk management, and incident investigation.

• Conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, perform root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions to improve safety and environmental performance.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs, lead site initiatives, and collaborate with employees and leadership to strengthen safety culture and operational excellence.

Candidates Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of industrial EHS and regulatory experience in manufacturing or distribution, including at least 5 years in EHS management.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, risk management, incident investigation, and employee training; safety certifications, emergency response leadership, and production or maintenance supervisory experience are preferred.
