Job summary

Epic Piping Houston seeks an experienced EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety initiatives at our Houston sites. The role involves travel between Epic Piping and Epic Distribution facilities, driving safety programs, and ensuring regulatory alignment across sites in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The EHS Manager will partner with site leadership to reduce risk, improve performance metrics, and foster a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; 5+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, environmental, and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to lead investigations, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and coordinate safety programs across sites.
• Lead accident investigations and root-cause analyses with corrective actions.
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and CMV vehicle checks.
• Provide safety training and coaching to employees and leadership.
• Advise on EHS compliance for projects and facilities and maintain records.
