Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions in Le Center, MN is partnering with a leading premium dessert manufacturer to hire an EHS Supervisor to lead day-to-day environmental, health, and safety initiatives within a food manufacturing facility.

This role will promote a strong safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, support incident investigations, and drive continuous improvement in workplace safety programs across the site.

Qualifications

• Technical Safety degree, certification, or related safety education.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident and accident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
• Conduct safety inspections, hazard assessments, and risk evaluations to identify improvement opportunities
• Maintain OSHA and safety compliance records, including injury reports, 300 logs, and related documentation
• Partner with leadership, HR, employees, contractors, and visitors to promote and strengthen the facility's safety culture
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations and company policies
