Job summary

Dessert Holdings is seeking an EHS Professional (Supervisor) in Le Center, MN, to manage day‑to‑day safety initiatives in our production facility. The successful candidate will promote a proactive safety culture, enforce regulations, and administer the EHS program to prevent accidents and environmental impact.

Qualifications include a Technical Safety degree or certification, plus manufacturing experience preferred. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Technical Safety degree or certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and standards.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal and state safety regulations by understanding laws and enforcing adherence.
• Lead or support incident investigations using root cause analysis and report trends.
• Maintain records of safety‑related incidents and administer corrective measures.
• Collaborate with other company facilities and support safety initiatives.
• Review procedures, reports, and perform safety inspections including hazard analysis and risk assessments.
• Monitor adherence to the safety program for all employees, visitors and contractors.
• Partner with HR in workers' compensation management.
• Complete and submit required compliance reports (e.g., 300, 300A).
• Coordinate the site health and safety committee and on-site security as applicable.
• Assist in developing a strong safety culture at the facility.
