Job summary

CPS, Inc. seeks an EHS Manager for a manufacturing facility in Wisconsin. You will drive environmental, health, and safety programs, collaborating with plant leadership and front-line staff to elevate the safety culture and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of EHS experience in manufacturing and strong communication skills to lead trainings, audits, and continuous improvement across both facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Environmental, Health, and Occupational Safety or related field.
• 5-7 years’ work experience in a manufacturing setting working with environmental, health and safety programs.
• ASP, CSP, CIH or other related certificates preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of computer software applications.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DNR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist with compliance of environmental, safety and health standards and regulations.
• Manage environmental programs including air, wastewater, stormwater, hazardous materials, waste, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain EHS programs at the facility.
• Lead safety training, committee meetings, and investigations.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain EHS records and cooperate with regulators.
