Job summary

AMP Robotics in Commerce City, CO is hiring an Environmental, Health, and Safety Specialist to lead and implement our EHS program across production, labs, and field service.

You will drive risk assessments, training, and regulatory compliance while partnering with operations and HR to foster a zero-incident culture.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s in OHS or related field, 5+ years’ experience, ASP/CSP, OSHA 10, and ISO 14001 familiarity, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in OHS, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science or related field.
• 5+ years in health, safety, industrial hygiene and environmental programs.
• ASP or CSP certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive EHS program across production, labs, and sites.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training and maintain regulatory records and logs.
• Partner with operations, HR, and leadership to drive a zero-incident culture.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO 14001, and local regulations.
