AMP Robotics is hiring a seasoned Environmental, Health, and Safety Specialist to lead hands-on EHS activities across production, labs, and customer sites. The role focuses on developing, scaling, and executing safety policies that foster a zero-incident culture and safe operations.

The candidate will collaborate with multiple departments to drive hazard awareness, deliver training, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while prioritizing team wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to gain buy-in from stakeholders.
• Experience developing and implementing health, safety and environmental programs.
• Experience with root-cause analysis and incident investigations.
• Ability to develop training and playbooks for EHS.
• Knowledge of OSHA reporting and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate in the development and implementation of a comprehensive health, safety and environmental program.
• Analyze EHS performance across the company and develop strategic improvement plans to integrate into operations.
• Serve as EHS representative and partner with site leadership to improve performance.
• Create local HSE playbooks (policies, risk assessments, plans) that scale with AMP's growth.
• Develop and deliver safety training to new hires and existing staff on hazard identification and safety topics.
• Support injury/illness case management and maintain logs with HR.
