Job summary

AMP Robotics in Commerce City, CO is hiring an Environmental, Health, and Safety Specialist to lead and scale our EHS program across operations, labs, and customer sites. You will develop training and playbooks while driving a zero-incident culture and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 5+ years of experience, and certifications such as ASP/CSP or OSHA 10. Expect travel and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related discipline.
• 5+ years experience in health, safety, industrial hygiene and environmental programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive health, safety and environmental program.
• Analyze EHS performance and set improvement plans.
• Serve as EHS representative with site leadership to improve performance.
• Lead root cause analysis and incident investigations.
• Create local HSE playbooks and training materials.
• Ensure compliance with permits and licenses across sites.
