Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking an EHS Specialist in Ontario, CA to lead site-wide safety and occupational health programs.

You will report to the General Manager and collaborate with the CFW Group Sr EHS Manager to eliminate hazards and drive proactive risk management across manufacturing operations. The role includes serving as the site Facility Compliance Officer (FCO) for export compliance, conducting risk assessments, and delivering engaging safety training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant safety/engineering discipline.
• 1–3+ years of safety, industrial hygiene, or EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, hazard communication, PPE, LOTO, machine guarding.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain safety and health policies in line with OSHA and regulatory standards.
• Lead risk assessments, JSAs, and root-cause investigations; track action items.
• Foster safety culture and drive behavior-based safety improvements across shifts.
• Partner with plant leadership to integrate safety into daily manufacturing operations.
• Lead and coordinate the site Safety Committee and safety projects.
