Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Environment Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to drive health and safety excellence across our operations in the US, ensuring compliance with US and international regulations and fostering a positive safety culture.

You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to maintain safe, efficient, and reliable services, lead RAMS preparation, and coordinate trainings, audits, and safety reviews. This role requires travel across the US and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Three years in a similar EHS role or equivalent.
• Experience preparing RAMS and implementing corrective actions.
• Familiar with US health & safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform RAMS, site inspections, safety audits and implement controls.
• Lead incident investigations (RCA) and corrective actions.
• Develop and update H&S procedures, permit-to-work, and safe systems of work.
• Ensure US and international H&S regulatory compliance and policy adherence.
• Deliver safety trainings, inductions, and safety talks for staff and contractors.
• Lead site safety meetings and maintain accurate safety records.
