Illuminate USA, located in Central Ohio in Pataskala, is expanding its solar panel manufacturing operation and seeking an Environmental Health & Safety professional to join onsite.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, Health and Safety or 3+ years of relevant experience; you will respond to safety needs, manage EHS incidents, inspections, and drive continuous improvement while promoting a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, Health and Safety or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization and with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Respond to the immediate safety needs of the team.
• Provide initial response to EHS incidents.
• Participate in Incident Review meetings.
• Monitor recycling and waste disposal.
• Facilitate facility wide EHS inspections and schedules.
• Help establish and grow the company's safety culture and business through daily interaction with associates by actively listening and following through on projects.
• Ensure day-to-day compliance with EHS policies and regulations while focusing on continuous improvement.
