Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or relevant work experience.
• 5-8 years’ experience in production management.
• Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes.
• Strong experience of productions safety and lean production required.
• Strong Knowledge of ISO9001 and work-floor 6S standard.
• Ability to work under pressure, coordination ability, interpersonal communication ability, planning and execution ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating work schedules, staffing requirements, and production sequences to maximize productivity.
• Monitoring production activity, identifying process problems, troubleshooting causes and developing solutions.
• Suggesting improvements to improve efficiency and safety.
• Delivering or coordinating staff training and on-boarding new staff.
• Ensuring all safety policies and processes are followed.
• Tracking the achievement of production KPIs and coordinating cross-department communication.
• Managing site safety and driving 6S improvements and cost reduction.
