Illuminate USA, located in Central Ohio in Pataskala, is expanding its solar panel manufacturing operation and seeking an Environmental Health & Safety professional to join onsite.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, Health and Safety or 3+ years of relevant experience; you will respond to safety needs, manage EHS incidents, inspections, and drive continuous improvement while promoting a strong safety culture.

• Ensure day-to-day compliance with EHS policies and regulations while focusing on continuous improvement.

Job Description Illuminate USA, located in the heart of Central Ohio, is transforming solar panel manufacturing from our cutting-edge facility in Pataskala. As a new standalone joint venture established by two global leaders in renewable energy, we've rapidly grown to over 1,600 associates and are now fully operational in our 1.1 million-square-foot factory. Responsibilities

• Respond to the immediate safety needs of the team.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, Health and Safety or 3+ years of relevant work experience without a Bachelor's degree.
• Possess a high level of attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to communicate within all levels of the organization and with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintains a positive attitude and displays proactive habits.

Work Environment & Schedule

• This role is fully onsite at the Illuminate USA manufacturing facility.
• Must be able to work a 12-hour shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30-40 lbs.
• Frequent walking throughout the production floor, warehouse areas, and outdoor areas.
