The role focuses on OSHA compliance, hazard identification, incident investigations, training, and regulatory reporting, with opportunities to bring outside ideas and practical risk-reduction strategies. This first-shift, on-site role offers meaningful impact and collaboration with operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Strong understanding of OSHA requirements and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve environmental, health, and safety programs and policies.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards.
• Investigate incidents and help implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Provide training and guidance on safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain records related to inspections, incidents, and training.
