Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks an EHS Specialist to partner with manufacturing leaders to drive a proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve Environmental, Health, and Safety performance at the Logan, Utah site.

This on-site role applies DBS problem-solving tools to identify hazards, perform risk assessments, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions, while supporting training and continuous improvement efforts across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field.
• 3+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or regulated operations.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, RCRA, DOT, TSCA and related rules.
• CSP, CIH, CHMM certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with production, engineering, maintenance, and quality to embed EHS into daily work.
• Lead risk assessments, safety observations, and investigations with DBS tools.
• Own EHS programs and ensure Cytiva/policy/regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate EHS training and coaching for leaders and teams.
• Monitor EHS metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
